Requirements for Internal Control and Reconciliation Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and aptitude to work with detail, precision, speed, and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Database, SQL, and data analytics.
- Knowledge of existing regulatory framework and best practices in internal controls

- Proven experience in commercial banking

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Confidence and proficiency in commercial banking operations
- Proven track record of successful client relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in commercial banking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A good understanding of Risk, Credit policies and procedures
- Proactive decision-maker.
