Requirements for Independent Medical Consultant

  • Doctor of Medicine Degree from a recognized university specializing in general medicine;
  • A valid medical license in Austria;
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience in general medicine with at least 3 years of clinical experience;
  • Knowledge and practical experience in occupational health and/or travel medicine/tropical medicine would be an asset;
  • Familiarity with the Reed Group’s Doctor of Medicine Guidelines and experience with medical clearances for the UN or other similar international organizations is desirable;
  • Experience in handling administrative issues is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing; demonstrated ability to write clear and concise reports and documents in English is required;
  • Knowledge of current medical practices and techniques;
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of German and/or Arabic is desirable;
  • High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.

Requirements for Senior Investment Manager, Business Development Unit, Private Sector, and Trade Finance Department

  • Master’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or other relevant disciplines.
  • A minimum of 8 years relevant professional experience, preferably 5 years of which should have been obtained within the Private Sector/Trade Finance division of a major International development finance institution and/or within a banking environment (including commercial or investment banking, fund management, or a development bank).
  • Fluent in English. A good working knowledge of Arabic, French, or Spanish is an added advantage.
  • High initiative and ability to work independently, as well as with team members, in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and analytical skills with a high level of integrity and drive for achieving results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management skills with an ability to monitor the implementation of projects/programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, and shifting demands, priorities, and tight deadlines with the capability to work within specified time limits.
  • Demonstrable ability to work in an international multi-cultural environment, with sensitivity and respect for diversity.

Requirements for Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management or related studies is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience is required. Experience from an international development institution is preferable (2 – 3 years).
  • Fluent in English. A good working knowledge of Arabic, German, Spanish, or French is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Talent Market Intelligence, modern technology, and sourcing methods.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of and experience with the full talent acquisition cycle and the assessment of candidates’ knowledge, skills, and abilities,
  • Demonstrable skills in cultivating and maintaining relationships across jobs, industries, personalities, and types as well as with internal and external stakeholders such as search firms.
  • Ability to work in an international environment, with sensitivity and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds.
