- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of B.Sc / HND in related courses
- Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 3 years of working experience in cards/mobile/payment finance, fully integrated into all aspects of the settlement, Chargebacks, Arbitration, and daily reconciliation process
- Applicants Must Have a Detailed understanding of the operational aspects of payment cards, Payment Gateway, international settlement, mobile payments, and the banking industry
- Applicants Must Have Previous experience within a Dispute, Fintech, or Banking Office environment
- Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree or above, in Statistics, Finance, and Economics are preferred;
- Applicants Must Have 5 years or more experience in strategy formulation or participation in the formulation of Internet financial products;
- Skilled use of statistical analysis software such as SAS or Python is preferred;
- Applicants Must Have Good logical thinking ability, writing and language expression ability, strong communication and coordination ability;
- Applicants Must Have Proficiency in using Excel, PPT, and other office software
- Applicants Must Have Strong numerical analysis ability and must know the programming code of R or Python. In the Internet finance or bank or Party B has done risk control-related analysis, models, and strategic positions for more than 2 years are preferred.
- Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification.
- Applicants Must Have 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience focusing on Market and User Research, experience in the Internet industry is preferred.
- Applicants Must Have Mastered a variety of User Research and Data Analysis methods, such as questionnaires, interviews, Focus Groups, usability testing, SPSS, etc., be proficient in relevant theories in the field of User Research, and have a strong ability to expand research resources and promote research coordination.
