Requirements for Executive Secretary

  • The Executive Secretary shall be a Registered Town Planner with not less than Twelve (12) years of post-registration experience with a current practice license and shall have a tenure of four (4) years, renewable only once after satisfactory service in the first tenure.
  • Qualification in Public or Business Administration and experience in similar or equivalent position(s) will be an added advantage.
  • He should possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities; and be Proficient in ICT applications as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be familiar with contemporary issues in urban and regional planning.

Requirements for Accountant

  • Good Degree or professional Diploma (Second Class Upper Division or Upper Credit) from a reputable university or polytechnic;
  • Registered member of accountants’ professional body with current practice license;
  • Experience in accounting software and data entry
  • Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets
  • Ability to work independently
  • Analytical skills

Requirements for Website Developer

  • Ability to build, improve, and optimize existing websites and develop a secure web page for evolving operational needs.
  • Design and develop user-friendly websites that reflect NITP’s values and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the website aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Implement and maintain web solutions, keeping abreast of technological advancements.
  • Ensure website security, performance, and responsiveness.
  • Proven experience in website development, with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and CMS platforms. Understanding urban planning concepts is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
