Requirements for Team Lead – Technology Listings

• Applicants Must Have A Bachelor’s Degree / HND from a recognized institution in Business Administration / Finance / Economics / Banking or other Finance related or numerate discipline.
• Applicants Must Have 8 to 10 years of experience in investment banking, consulting/advisory role, or capital markets/financial services-related business.
• Applicants Must Have MBA, professional, and other relevant post-graduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Applicants Must Have Financial sector or industry experience in financial consulting/advisory, deal origination, private and venture capital, and/or business development.
• Applicants Must Have Proven experience as a technology associate or similar role.
• Applicants Must Have Relevant training and/or certifications as a Tech and Fintech Expert Private Equity Manager.
• Applicants Must Have Organisational skills to manage several accounts at once.
• Applicants Must Have Innovation and creativity; the ability to spot business opportunities and structure financial transactions.
• Applicants Must Have Strong negotiation and networking skills.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with C-level Executives.

Requirements for Corporate Strategist and Integration Specialist

• Applicants Must Have B.Sc / HND Degree in Finance, Economics, or any other quantitative discipline;
• Applicants Must Have An MBA or any other relevant degree is an added advantage;
• Applicants Must Have A minimum of ten (10) years cognate experience is required, with at least 2-4 years of experience in a middle management position, Investment Banking, or a top-tier management consulting firm;
• Applicants Must Have Expertise in the Nigerian, US, EU, or UK financial services sectors;
• Applicants Must Have Significant financial and strategic analysis experience;
• Applicants Must Have Fluency with Financial Modelling and presentation (PowerPoint);
• Applicants Must Have Superior problem-solving abilities; Project Management, teamwork, and quantitative aptitude;
• Applicants Must Have Proven ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex business issues;
• Applicants Must Have a Proven track record of strong performance, measured against KPIs;
• Applicants Must Have Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable, ideally with a Financial Institution Group (FIG);
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to build trust and work respectfully with team members and other colleagues.

Requirements for Head, Treasury

• Applicants Must Have B.Sc/HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Applicants Must Have a Master’s Degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CTP) is an added advantage
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury management or a related field, with a strong focus on cash management, investments, and financial risk management.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent understanding of financial markets, banking, and investment products.
• Applicants Must Have Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Applicants Must Have Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans and risk management strategies.
• Applicants Must Have Proven experience in managing relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to present complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Applicants Must Have Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams.
• Applicants Must Have Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills; experience with treasury management systems is a plus.
