Requirements for Plant Manager

• Applicants Must Have HND / B.Sc in Engineering / Management or other related field.
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 8 years of proven managerial experience in dried fruits or food processing
• Applicants Must Have Working Knowledge of Factory & production processes and Operations.
• Applicants Must Have Certifications in production, inventory management & quality control
• Applicants Must Have Working knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment and functionality
• Applicants Must Have Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Applicants Must Have Strong managerial & leadership skills
• Applicants Must Have Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements for Financial Manager

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting from a recognized university/polytechnic
• Applicants Must Have 5+ years of relevant experience in a well-structured organization
• Applicants Must Have A qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) or Partly Qualified Accountant (ICAN/ACCA Professional Level) preferred
• Applicants Must Have Experience in a solar or renewable energy company will be an added advantage

Requirements for Senior Engineer

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related Engineering fields.
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solar Solutions design and installation specifications.
• Applicants Must Have the Flexibility to travel to project sites in various locations whenever necessary.
• Applicants Must Have Extremely organized – be able to manage multiple contractors and installations at once.
• Applicants Must Have Strong leadership and communication skills, self-motivated with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
• Applicants Must Have a Proactive idea generator, constantly looking for ways to improve existing functions, processes, and technology to improve efficiency and deliver a better end-user experience.
• Applicants Must Have Self-starters with excellent presentation skills and acute attention to detail and accuracy.
• Applicants Must Have Self-disciplined and Result-oriented.
