Requirements for Credit / Portfolio Officer
- Applicant should possess a BSc Degree in Finance or a related field
- Applicant must have 2 – 3 years of work experience.
- Applicant must have proven working experience as a Loan Officer in Microfinance Bank
- Applicant must have familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
- Applicant must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
- Applicant must have the ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
Requirements for Head, Risk Management
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 3 – 6 years of work experience.
- Applicant must have analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Commercial awareness
- Numerical skills
- Applicant must have planning and organizational skills
- Working experience in Microfinance Bank as Credit/Risk Officer
- Applicant must have the ability to understand broader business issues
- Applicant must have communication and presentation skills
Requirements for Head of Retail
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing preferred.
- Applicant must have 5 – 7 years of experience in Retail (Salary Loan and Personal Loan).
- Conversant with Savings and Loan Mobilization.
