Requirements for Customer Support Representative

• Candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc qualification. (Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field is an advantage).
• Proven experience 2 years as a Customer Service Representative in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, OTC medications, and health-related items.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications and transactions.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a genuine desire to assist customers.
• Strong ethical and professional conduct when handling medications and sensitive customer information.

Requirements for Floor Supervisor

• Educational qualification of OND, HND, or B.Sc.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, including roles as a floor supervisor and manager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements for Accountant

• Educational Qualification: OND, HND, or B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Possession of the ICAN qualification is an additional advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
