Requirements for Business Development Manager (Cars & Electric Vehicles)

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sales, or Marketing preferred
• Applicants Must Have 7 years of experience in Industrial Business Development/Sales preferred
• Applicants Must Have Good knowledge of renewable energy systems and power infrastructure
• Applicants Must Have Good knowledge of institutional setups and relevant stakeholders
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to demonstrate grant proposal writing, prepare tenders, and work with donors.
• Applicants Must be Self-starters with a “personal drive” mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Applicants Must Have Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, strong initiative, and good judgment and decision-making capabilities
• Applicants Must Have Proven success driving incremental EV and or mobility business and building relationships with Tier 1 suppliers
• Applicants Must be Detail-oriented, ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to travel 30 – 50%.

Requirements for Senior Product Marketing Manager

• Applicants Must Have Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, or other relevant field
• Applicants Must Have At least 8 years in the field of marketing, dealing specifically with product marketing, with accountability for lead generation and revenue
• Applicants Must Have Vast experience in the creation and execution of high-performing marketing campaigns – including digital, field, and mass media marketing
• Applicants Must Have Ability to work in a global context – Previous experience working in high-impact environments is preferred
• Applicants Must Have a Proven track record of engagement with C-suite stakeholders
• Applicants Must Have Strong leadership skills; extensive experience in managing and mobilizing cross-functional teams
• Applicants Must Have a Past track record of recruiting and developing a high-performing team
• Applicants Must Have Passionate about customers and demonstrated experience in building strong relationships
• Applicants Must Understand the diverse nature of different countries i.e., work environments, cultures, market changes, customer behavior, etc.

Requirements for Fleet Officer, Telematics

• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of OND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• Applicants Must Have 2 years cognate experience as a vehicle technician or 2 years experience in fleet management.
• Applicants Must Have Strong interpersonal and communication(written and oral) skills
• Applicants Must Have Excellent understanding of Inventory Control principles and practices
• Applicants Must Have Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Applicants Must Have a Good understanding of fleet management.
• Applicants Must Have Critical and Analytical Thinking.
• Applicants Must Have Accuracy and Attention to Detail.
