Requirements for Payroll Analyst

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Applicants Must Have 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing and payroll systems.
Applicants Must Have Basic knowledge of HR compensation practices.
Applicants Must Have Strong proficiency in payroll software and Excel.
Applicants Must Have Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance.
