Requirements for Site Supervisor

• A Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Building
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
• Should have experience in project supervision
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality health and safety standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control cost
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities

Requirements for Procurement Officer

• BSc in Business Administration or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Procurement Officer with a minimum of 2 years in the construction industry
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office especially MS Excel skills
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Good negotiation skills

Requirements for Store Supervisor

• B.Sc / HND in Purchasing and Supply Management, Accounting, Economics, or related field of Studies
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within the construction industry (COMPULSORY)
• Good communication and writing skills
• Inventory management and analytical skills
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and quality
