Requirements for Recruitment Specialist

• Applicants Must Have A Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) A degree in any relevant Social Science or Business Degree is required for this role.
• Applicants Must have a Minimum of 3 years of HR work experience preferably in the Healthcare industry or FMCG sector.
• Applicants Must have A working knowledge of relevant National Labour Laws required for this role.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies such as CIPM and any other relevant bodies is desired for this role
• Applicants Must have Knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages
• Applicants Must have Excellent negotiation, communication, business presentation, and people relations skills.

Requirements for Registrar, Family Medicine

• The job holder must be licensed to practice medicine from the Nigerian Medical and Dental Association.
• Applicants Must have a Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a family medicine physician.
• He or She must possess primaries in Family Medicine.
• Applicants Must have Knowledge of Families Medicine and other areas of medical practice such as Pediatrics & Obstetrics & Gynecology, Surgery, etc.
• The job holder must have good communication skills, a strong ability to work well under extreme pressure, self-discipline, and excellent long-term concentration.

Requirements for Software DeveloperSoftware Developer

• Applicants Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Applicants Must have 7-10 years of cogent work Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Applicants Must have a Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Applicants Must have Experience with software development tools, such as integrated development environments (IDEs), version control systems, and bug-tracking systems.
• Applicants Must have Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
• Applicants Must have Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
• Applicants Must have Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Applicants Must have Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Applicants Must have Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
