Requirements for Customer Service Representative
- Minimum of HND or BSc in any discipline
- Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Ability to work independently
- Active Listening, Patience & Adaptability
- Customer Relationship skills
- Must be a Female
- Age: 22 – 28 years.
Requirements for Experienced Accountant & Business Development Manager
- Minimum of HND, BSc in Accounting or any related field.
- Excellent interpersonal & networking skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Financial Analysis Skill
- Business Development Skill
- Human Resources Management Skill
- Good organizational skills
- ICAN or ACCA will be an added advantage
- Excellent negotiation, Influence, and Presentation Skills
- Commercial Awareness
- Proven experience in the Real Estate industry
- Age: Between 27 and above.
Requirements for Marketing Executive
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Marketing, Real Estate, Facility Management, or any related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Ability to work independently
- Proven experience in real estate marketing or a related field
- Excellent negotiation & sales abilities.
