Requirements for Operations Manager
- 5 years experience.
- Microeconomics and industry knowledge of rice production.
- Good understanding of the manufacturing environment.
- Strategic and creative thinking. Project Management skills; strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills; able to think methodically and analytically.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Requirements for Factory Accountant – Rice Factory
- Implementing and monitoring financial controls concerning expenses, materials procurement, and utilization
- Initial development and then preparation of Management accounts and Finance Reports within the agreed timescale.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports for use by senior management.
- Monitor Compliance with approved Annual Estimates (Budget) and Long Term Plans.
- Generate and follow up production and other variance reports
- Monthly Variance analysis on Cost of Goods Produced (COGP) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
- Weekly Factory overhead cost and Outlook review.
- Monthly rolling forecast on Cost of Goods Produced (COGP) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
- Monthly MUV (Materials usage variance) controls and driving of actions to reduce waste.
- Guidance on general supply chain overhead costs.
- Managing 3p manufacturing agreements with MSA (Manufacturing service agreement) customers and TrueUp calculations on variances in the standard.
- Support Fixed asset accountant on investment appraisals.
- Balance sheet reconciliations (Factory Accruals and prepayments).
- Support Non-Material Supply Chain Cost (NMSCC) squad on savings tracking and YTD performance on % to Turnover.
Requirements for Rice Farm Operation Manager
- Plan, organized, directed, and ran optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Organize workflows to meet specifications and timelines and implement a methodology to measure due-date delivery performance
- Evaluate production schedules to plan team structures and development
- Oversee the pre-production meeting to implement strategies to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
- Develop and maintain production metrics for quality, delivery, and safety
