Requirements for Digital Marketer & Content Creator

• Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
• Applicants Must Have Years of Experience: 3 Years and above
• Applicants Must Have Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or a similar role
• Applicants Must Have a Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
• Applicants Must Have Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Applicants Must Have Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM), and applications (Web analytics, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Applicants Must Have Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Applicants Must Have Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
• Applicants Must Have Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
• Applicants Must Have Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
• Applicants Must Have Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Instagram, and other social media best practices
• Applicants Must Have a Good understanding of social media KPIs

Requirements for Telesales Executive

• Applicants should possess a B.Sc Degree in relevant fields with at least 1-year of relevant work experience.
• Applicants Must reside in Ajah and its environs.
• Applicants Must Have Real Estate experience will be added advantage.

Requirements for Real Estate Sales Partner

• Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Applicants Must Have Past sales experience is preferred.
• Applicants Must Have Target oriented
• Applicants Must Have Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Applicants Must Have Self-motivation and drive
• Applicants Must be Preferably female.
• Applicants Must Show good organizational and time management skills.
• Applicants Must Reside within Ajah and its environs.
• Applicants Must Have Real Estate experience is necessary for the position.
