Requirements for Credit Officer

  • Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Actual Science, Insurance, Accounting, or a closely related field. A relevant postgraduate qualification will be highly regarded
  • Applicants Must Have Up to 2-5 years of credit risk/corporate finance experience at a major financial institution in Nigeria, assessing companies in different sectors and structuring transactions
  • Applicants Must Have a Good grasp of the issues and constraints faced by the infrastructure project sponsors in Nigeria
  • Applicants Must Have Proven analytical and systematic problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Applicants Must Have the Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
  • Applicants Must Have Strong project management skills and demonstrated commitment to professional and client service excellence.
  • Applicants Must Have Acute attention to detail and a dedication to providing high-quality work products
  • Applicants Must Have Fluency in the use of all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Requirements for HR / Admin Officer

  • Applicants Must Have HND / B.Sc in Human Resources or any related course.
  • Applicants Must Have completed the NYSC program.
  • Applicants Must Have 1 – 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant.
  • Applicants Must Have Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Applicants Must Have Professional Certification in Human Resources e.g CIPM, CIPD, APHRi is required
  • Applicants Must Have Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Applicants Must Have Knowledge of HRIS tools is an asset.

Requirements for Front Desk / Admin Officer

  • Applicants Must Have an HND / B.Sc. in any related field
  • Applicants Must Have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Applicants Must Have Knowledge of office management.
  • Applicants Must Have Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Applicants Must Have Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams)
  • Applicants Must Have Strong communication and people skills
  • Applicants Must Have Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Applicants Must Have Problem-solving skills
  • Applicants Must Have Customer service orientation.
