Requirements for Executive Fellow – Strategy and Operations
- Applicant must have a Master’s Degree in a related field e.g. Computer Science, Entrepreneurship,
- Background in early-stage startups, venture building, or management consulting
- Applicant must have strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Applicant must have the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of taking initiative and delivering results
- Applicant must have experience with project management and driving cross-functional initiatives

Requirements for Senior Product Designer
- Applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
- Applicant must have 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
- Applicant must have experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
- Creativity in mixing up colors
- Good communication skills.
