Requirements for Cashier / Customer Service Officer
- Applicant should possess a minimum of OND.
- Applicant must have 1 – 2 years of work experience.
- Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales would be an added advantage.
- Applicant must have basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarities with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS.
- Applicant must have good accounting skills.
- Applicant must have good communication and time management skills.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented.
Requirements for Outlet Manager
- A degree in the Hospitality Management / Food and Beverage will be an added advantage.
- Applicant must have 2- 3 years of work experience.
- Applicant should have a minimum of one year of experience in a leadership role.
- Must have previous experience working in the confectionery, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Applicant must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Applicant must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Applicant must be goal-driven and result oriented.
- Service focused personality is essential
Requirements for Cleaner and Kitchen Assistant
- Applicant must possess a minimum of FSLC qualification.
- Applicant must have 0 – 1 year of work experience.
- Applicant must have proven experience assisting in the kitchen will be an added advantage.
- Applicant must have the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Applicant must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicant must have the ability to work in a team.
