Requirements for Realtor

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, NCE, or OND qualification with 2 – 4 years of work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Must be computer literate and social media savvy
• Must have experience in the real estate industry
• Have excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with clients
• Must be willing to work weekends if the need arises.
• It’s performance-driven.

Requirements for Business Development Executive

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends and dynamics.

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements for Sales Executive / Marketer

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, NCE, or OND qualification with 3+ years of work experience.
