Requirements for Full Stack Developer (.NET )

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related degree.
1 – 2 Years of Experience (Trainee Role) & 3-5 years of Experience (Mid Level)
Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
The desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills – both written and verbal
Must be a full-stack developer and understand concepts of software engineering.
The ability to learn new technologies quickly
Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
Experience working on a variety of software development projects.
Deep programming language knowledge of ASP.NET Core / MVC, SQL Server, Adobe XD, Java Script, mobile frameworks such as ionic, flutter, and other web tools and frameworks;
Good knowledge of React Native will be an added advantage
Good command of SQL programming constructs and database design
Creativity is always a plus.
Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data
The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
Skills to excel on the job include communication, Interpersonal, Problem-solving, Critical thinking, Teamwork and collaboration, adaptability, strong work ethics, punctuality, and the ability to quickly respond to changes.

Requirements for Human Resources & Administrative Manager

B.Sc in HR / Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
Member of one or more of the following professional bodies; Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
At least 4 years of HR work experience including experience working in HR for the IT/ Software industry
Candidate must have worked in the capacity of HR manager or function lead
Candidate should have high-level knowledge of software development life cycle, project management, technical recruitment, and IT management.
Candidate should have strong capabilities in HR strategy formulation, executive head-hunting, talent sourcing & screening, organizational culture, talent engagement, talent development, performance management, and employer branding. Personal:
Candidate must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build rapport across various stakeholders
Candidate must be highly proficient in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication.

Requirements for React Native Developer

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field.
Relevant training & certifications;
2 – 4 years of experience in Fin-tech.
Proven work experience as a hybrid mobile developer;
Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or the Android market;
In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language and framework like C#, JavaScript, and ASP.Net will be an added advantage;
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs;
Familiarity with the latest design principles.
Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
Ability to perform in a team environment;
