Requirements for Creative Graphic Designer / Digital Marketer
- Applicant should possess a B.Sc in Marketing or any related field.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- Applicant must have proven work experience as a Content Writer, graphic designer, digital marketer, or similar role.
- Applicant must have experience doing research using multiple sources.
- Applicant must have familiarity with web publications.
- Applicant must have excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Applicant must have hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
- Applicant must have the ability to design innovative graphics and meet deadlines.
- Applicant must have proficiency with Ms. Office suite.
- Applicant must have an impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expression.
- Additional knowledge of the following is a plus:
- Applicant must be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Applicant must have experience in digital marketing.
- Applicant must have experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Applicant must be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Requirements for Business Development Manager
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- Applicant must have 4 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Applicant must have demonstrated successful sales history in the travel industry.
- Applicant must have an understanding of the sales process, including commission structures, marketing plans, incentives, overrides, and group sales.
- Applicant must have an excellent communicator: a good public speaker with and ability to develop and deliver presentations to both agency and consumer audiences.
- Applicant must have strong initiative and self-starter.
- Applicant must be proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Applicants must have the ability to negotiate and close difficult deals.
Requirements for Travel Consultant
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of work-related experience.
- Applicant must be proficient in the use of Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre GDSs for both ticketing/hotel bookings.
- Applicant must have proficiency in English.
- Applicant must have sales skills.
- Applicant must have customer relationship management skills.
- Applicant must have basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office package.
- Applicant must have excellent communication skills.
- Applicant must have good knowledge of travel and tour trends and regulations.
- Applicants should reside within Lagos State.
