Requirements for Technology Architect – Security

• Applicants Must Have a University Degree in the field of Computer Science or STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) or related field, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years of IT and business/industry work experience including architecture design, information security and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure security and operations.
• Applicants Must Have Extensive experience in information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance, and reliability
• Applicants Must Have a Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and security
• Applicants Must Have Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience implementing security solutions.
• Applicants Must Have Experience implementing multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, identity management, or related technologies.
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce security measures.

Requirements for Human Resources Information System Analyst

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Applicants Must Have 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Applicants Must Have Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably with experience in managing and configuring an ERP-based HRIS system.
• Applicants Must Have Ideal candidate should have some prior experience in both Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O
• Applicants Must Have Experience with X++, SSRS, and MS SQL Server while also being proficient with AX database structure, coding, and development techniques.
• Applicants Must Have Proficiency in HR Processes and data management.
• Applicants Must Have Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Applicants Must Have Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Applicants Must Have Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements for Business Risk Manager – Merchant & Inclusion

• Applicants should possess a First Degree in numerous disciplines – Economics, Social Science, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Analytics, etc.
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Risk Management in Technology, Financial, or Payment industries.
