Requirements for CIC Supervisor
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field.
- 3-4 years experience in a similar role
- People management practices
- Analytical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organizational & Communication Skills
Requirements for Packaging Machine Specialist
- HND/B.Eng or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Minimum of 3-5 years as Process Artisans or Maintenance Artisan on high-speed packing lines
- Computer Literate.
- Systemic and Analytical problem-solver
- Good leadership Potential
- Good understanding of modern maintenance practices and maintenance system
- Influencing ability about sound maintenance
- Good knowledge of the Packaging production processes and technologies
Requirements for Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Manager
- Minimum of first degree in Social Sciences or Humanities
- 4-5 years experience in a similar role
- Membership of Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (Legally mandatory and compulsory for any corporate affairs practitioner in Nigeria).
- Knowledge of the media
- People management practices
- Good communication skills
- Right contacts and connected to the right people in government and regulatory agencies
- Relationship building skills
- Good self-management practice
- Little guidance and supervision are required
- Knowledge of local trends, laws, and practices
- Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders in dialog
- Negotiation skills and proactive management of regulatory issues.
