Requirements for Legal Officer, Contract Management
- A first degree in Law i.e. (LLB)and Bachelor of Law (BL)
- Required: Nig. Bar Association (NBA), and/or Inst. of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA)
- At least 3 – 5 years experience in a legal function.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law. A postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
- Should have been called to the Nigerian Bar.
- Deep understanding of the laws and regulations governing the power industry
- Deep understanding of corporate laws, securities laws & capital markets
- Deep experience in implementing corporate governance frameworks
- Strong knowledge of commercial legal issues
- Strong sense of ethical business judgment
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Broad experience and demonstration of competence in computer software packages including Microsoft Office (in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Demonstrated success in managing and conducting a variety of litigation matters.

Requirements for Business Hub Manager – Jebba Business Hub
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- A postgraduate professional certificate in a relevant field. (Added advantage).
- Membership in relevant professional bodies.
- At least 10 years of practical experience.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI).
- Sound Electric Power Knowledge – Energy audit, Distribution network, Demand side management, Energy efficiency
- Good knowledge of the electricity supply chain value system
- Knowledge of the electricity regulatory codes and requirements
- Planning and Organizing
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- People-person and a team player.
- Able to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Firm, fair, and decisive approach to issues.
Requirements for Call Center Officer
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- A professional certificate in a relevant field.
- At least 0-3 years cognate experience in customer services or marketing of products and call center.
