Requirements for Legal Officer, Contract Management

  • A first degree in Law i.e. (LLB)and Bachelor of Law (BL)
  • Required: Nig. Bar Association (NBA), and/or Inst. of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA)
  • At least 3 – 5 years experience in a legal function.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Law. A postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
  • Should have been called to the Nigerian Bar.
  • Deep understanding of the laws and regulations governing the power industry
  • Deep understanding of corporate laws, securities laws & capital markets
  • Deep experience in implementing corporate governance frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of commercial legal issues
  • Strong sense of ethical business judgment
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Broad experience and demonstration of competence in computer software packages including Microsoft Office (in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Demonstrated success in managing and conducting a variety of litigation matters.

Requirements for Business Hub Manager – Jebba Business Hub

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • A postgraduate professional certificate in a relevant field. (Added advantage).
  • Membership in relevant professional bodies.
  • At least 10 years of practical experience.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI).
  • Sound Electric Power Knowledge – Energy audit, Distribution network, Demand side management, Energy efficiency
  • Good knowledge of the electricity supply chain value system
  • Knowledge of the electricity regulatory codes and requirements
  • Planning and Organizing
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • People-person and a team player.
  • Able to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Firm, fair, and decisive approach to issues.

Requirements for Call Center Officer

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • A professional certificate in a relevant field.
  • At least 0-3 years cognate experience in customer services or marketing of products and call center.
