Requirements for Rig Operations Manager

Applicant must have a Minimum of 10 years of experience in Rig Operations.
Applicant must have an Excellent understanding of well operations and rig activities.
Applicant must have Well, vast knowledge of rig and service contractor equipment functionality.
Applicant must Understand Mud Circulating systems, Rigging procedures, and Rotary equipment.
Applicant must have the ability to recognize signs of kick and loss of fluid situations and the procedures for circulating out a kick.
Applicant must have Emergency shut-in procedures and be able to respond to any emergency efficiently.

Requirements for Production Technologist

Applicant must possess a minimum of Second Class Honors (Upper Division)
Applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a minimum of ten (10) years of upstream oil industry experience.
An applicant with Second Class Honors (Lower Division) degree but with M. Sc. Qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Geology) is also eligible to apply.
Operational experience will be an advantage.

Requirements for Reservoir Engineer

Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering / Related Technical Disciplines.
Applicant must have a Minimum of 10 years of core experience in Production Technology / Engineering.
Applicant must have Strong working knowledge of IPM-GAP, Prosper, OFM, and SAPHIR.
Applicant must have Skill sets in Well surveillance, Nodal Analyses, Inflow, and outflow performances.
