Requirements for Site Construction Supervisor

Applicants Must Have an Engineering background with a minimum of 5 years of site experience in the construction of oil & gas installations.
Applicants Must Have Good command of spoken and written English.
Applicants Must Have Good interpersonal, reporting, and communication skills.
Applicants Must Ensure and promote the application of the Company HSE rules and specifications.
Applicants Must Ensure that CONTRACTORs comply (at all times) with safety rules, taking actions as required in case of disregard of the rules, stopping the works if they are deemed unsafe, and organizing tool-box meetings and recovery plans.
Applicants Must Ensure and monitor the safety of personnel and installations as well as the protection of the environment.
Applicants Must Pursue within their team the HSE objectives defined by their line management.

Requirements for HR Manager

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Applicants Must Have A minimum of 5- 8 years of human resource management experience preferred.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly desired.
Applicants Must Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Applicants Must Have Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Applicants Must Have Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Applicants Must Have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Applicants Must Have the Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
Applicants Must Have the Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Applicants Must Have Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Applicants Must Have Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Applicants Must Have Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.

Requirements for QAQC Supervisor

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Diploma in Science or Engineering.
Applicants Must Possess a minimum of 5 years of active experience in Oil and Gas QAQC activities for Drilling and Completion, Intervention, Production, and facilities.
Applicants Must Demonstrate background and thorough knowledge of codes such as ANSI, B 31.3, 31.4, and 31.8, ASME Section V and IX, and API 1104.
Applicants Must Have Familiar with NDT methods, visual, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, radiography, and vacuum box testing. ASNT/PCN level II RT, UT, MT, PT, RFI (Radiographic Film Interpretation) certification can be an advantage.
Applicants Must Have Familiar with welding processes, AWS – CWI or CSWIP 3.1 – Level 2 Certified welding inspector certification can be an advantage.
Applicants Must Have IWCF certification is not required but can be an advantage.
Applicants Must Have Experience in multiple operational environments -Land and Swamp, Shallow water and offshore an added advantage Willing to travel and spend >50% of the time in the field locations.
