Requirements for Communications Executive

• Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, International Relations, or a related field
• Applicants Must Have 1-2 years of experience working as a communications assistant technical editor and/or writer in a professional setting
• Applicants Must Have Knowledgeable of international or national development, environmental systems, and urbanization technical concepts
• Applicants Must Have Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Applicants Must Have Experience translating technical documentation into easy-to-digest content
• Applicants Must Have a Proven ability to effectively use and manage multiple social media platforms to enhance the visibility of organizations and projects
• Applicants Must Have Proven ability to facilitate large groups to deliver inclusive and strategic communications products
• Applicants Must Have Proven ability to work collaboratively and build consensus across diverse sets of stakeholders
• Applicants Must Have Ability to maintain files, databases, and systems relevant to the media presence
• Applicants Must Have Effective organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and work in a high-pressure environment
• Applicants Must Have Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to manage work and make decisions on their own, as well as with a team.

Requirements for Project Officer

• Applicants Must Have B.Sc Degree / Diploma in any Humanities, Development Studies, Social Science, or Sciences
• Applicants Must Have 1-year experience working in a similar role
• Applicants Must Have NGO experience is a plus.
• Applicants Must Have Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail).
• Applicants Must Have the Ability to work as part of a team as well as to work autonomously when required.
• Applicants Must Have Good command of spoken and written English.
• Applicants Must Have Knowledge of the local language is mandatory.

Requirements for Finance Officer

• Applicants Must Have University Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Banking and Finance
• Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting related to NGOs and community-level programs, with increasing responsibility.
• Applicants Must Have Experience with large complex organizations is required, familiarity with international NGOs preferred.
