Requirements for School Administrator

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 – 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in School Administration, with a focus on School curriculum, calendars, etc
• Understanding of educational industry dynamics, including inventory turnover, seasonal trends, and market competition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Educational modeling tools.
• Knowledge of school products and services.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and provide innovative solutions.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
• Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Obtained a Certificate from the Nigerian Teachers Council Examination (Teacher’s Registration Council of Nigeria).
• Knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum is an added advantage.

Requirements for School Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in School Administration, with a focus on School curriculum, calendars, etc
• Understanding of educational industry dynamics, including inventory turnover, seasonal trends, and market competition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Educational modeling tools.

Requirements for School Teachers

• Graduated with at least 2.1 from the university in an interesting field.
• Passionate about teaching and Student progress.
• Good communication skills between colleagues & students as well.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft word, excel, power-point, etc.
• Knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum is an added advantage.
