Requirements for Patient Care Analyst

A first Degree in the Health Sciences is preferred, other related fields are acceptable.
0 – 2 years’ Contact Centre management and customer service experience in the retail healthcare sector (preferably in a physician practice or related setting).
Exceptional phone and email communication skills, customer service skills, active listening skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to resolve conflict and diffuse tension.
Strong time management skills.

Requirements for Senior Product Manager (Health Informatics & Data – Products)

First Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related technical field.
6-10 years experience in technical product management with a focus on data products and health informatics.
Project management certification and experience is a strong advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technically with a passion for design and usability
Ability to drive requirement definition and solution design sessions, while working closely with partners from across the entire organization and with developers
Ability to drive teams of diverse backgrounds to ship features on time.
Capability to identify technical impacts, recommend best-practice and/or alternate approaches, and provide timeline estimates.
An ability to articulate development status and challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.

Requirements for Senior Communications Analyst

First Degree in a related field from a reputable institution
Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate communications / public relations/journalism or related fields.
A communications generalist with exposure to internal and external communications either in-house or agency.
Experience working on external and employee communications programs.
Knowledge and experience supporting crisis and issues management.
Experience writing, editing, and producing written communications for targeted audiences.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present qualitative and quantitative information concisely and persuasively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including but not limited to facilitation and business/corporate writing.
Excellent organization and project management skills, strong attention to detail, and quality output.
Exposure to internal and external stakeholder management. Experience with developing working relationships and networks at all levels, with impact and influence in a collaborative environment.
