Requirements for Business Manager

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field (Advanced degrees are preferred).
Applicants Must Have Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role within the sustainability or carbon market sector
Applicants Must Have a Strong understanding of carbon mitigation and adaptation strategies, as well as voluntary carbon programs.
Applicants Must Have Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Applicants Must Have Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants Must Have an Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends, assess opportunities, and develop compelling proposals.
Applicants Must Have Applicants Must Have Familiarity with climate policy, sustainable business practices, and the international carbon market landscape.
Applicants Must Have Computing and research skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Responsibilities for Logistics Officer

Develop logistics along with support plans, budget requirements, and deployment timelines for new operations.
Develop logistical plans for current operations and logistics contingency plans.
Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently.
Ensure accountable, timely, and cost-effective practices
Ensure all supervised staff members are trained as well as cross-trained adequately.
Identify added logistic training requirements to attain high working standards.
Coordinate and present logistics support to ongoing operations.
Coordinate logistics activities related to procurement, projects, etc.
Develop and execute logistics support policy, processes, and methodologies to the general benefit of all units.
Develop reports on material and personnel movements and various operational logistics problems.
Guide and oversee the performance of new and junior logistics personnel

Requirements for Finance Executive

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or its equivalent.
Applicants Must Have 3 – 4 years of experience as a finance executive or in a similar role
Applicants Must Have ICAN Certified is an added advantage.
Applicants Must be between the ages of 25 and 28 years.
Applicants Must Have a Sharp eye for identifying irregularities.
Applicants Must Have Excellent analytical abilities.
Applicants Must Have Excellent knowledge of financial and taxation regulations, laws, and any changes thereof.
Applicants Must Have Good verbal and written communication skills.
