Requirements for Mechanical Technician
- Applicant must have a minimum of OND or Technical Education background is required.
- Applicant must have 3+ years of experience as a mechanical engineer in the manufacturing or food and beverage sector.
- Applicant must have strong knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
- Applicant must pay attention to detail.
- Applicant must have excellent morals and work ethics.
- Quick to make sound decisions.
- Applicant must have analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Applicant must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Applicant must have the ability to work as a team as well as independently.
Requirements for Machine Operator
- Applicant should possess a minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering or a related qualification and field.
- Applicant must have previous experience in a similar role in an FMCG to be an added advantage.
- Applicant must have 2 – 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Applicant must be diligent and enthusiastic.
- Applicant must be able and willing to follow laid down procedures.
- Quality Oriented and attention to detail.
- Collaborative.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Applicant must be willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Requirements for Factory Workers
- Applicant should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 0-3 years of work experience.
