Requirements for Retail Relationship Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in retail sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Experience working in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development related roles.
• Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and MS Office suite.
• Strong presentation, organizational, prioritization, time, and task management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving & multi-tasking skills.

Requirements for Commercial Sales Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in commercial sales, relationship management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Experience working in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development related roles.
• Strong understanding of commercial products/services and market dynamics
• Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and MS Office suite.
• Candidate must have good knowledge with a proven record of Credit/Risk Analysis Aggressive persuasion, resilience, and closing skills.
• Strong presentation, organizational, prioritization, time, and task management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving & multi-tasking skills.

Requirements for Treasury Sales Officer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications are an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury sales or a related field within the financial industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury products, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in financial analysis and reporting.
