Requirements for Sales Executive (Diagnostics)
- HND / B.Sc in any Art or Social Sciences course
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with 2 years specifically in medical diagnosis marketingsales.
- Strong knowledge on molecular diagnosis including but not limited to DNA testing, tissue culture and immuno-assays, cancer and infectious disease diagnosis etc.
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to use initiative and deal with emotionally charged and pressured situation
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Requirements for Dialysis Registered Nurse
- B.Sc or RN Degree in Nursing.
- State license to practice nursing.
- Certification through the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) is advantageous.
- Proven experience working as a dialysis nurse.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and observation skills.
- The ability to operate dialysis machines.
- The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Patient and compassionate.
Requirements for Medical Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine
- 5 years of experience practicing as a primary care doctor.
- Fantastic counseling and listening skills.
- Superb organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent decision-making skills and communication.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease.
- Analytical and detail-oriented problem solver
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great management and leadership skills.
