Requirements for Junior Longtail Account Manager
- Applicant must have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role or in consulting
- Determination to get things done: no job is too big or too small
- Applicant must be organized and detail-oriented
- Applicant must have negotiation skills
- Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
- Applicant must have great interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
- Applicant must have an empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude
Requirements for Senior Growth Analyst
- Applicant must have 3 years of work experience in analytical roles leading analysis and turning insights into actions
- Applicant must have Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets a must
- SQL proficiency is mandatory / Python is a plus
- Applicant must have knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Qlikview is a plus
- Applicant must have strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis to implementation).
- A hands-on attitude is a must. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!
- Proficiency in English is a must.
Requirements for Store Manager
- Applicant must have 1 – 3 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Applicant must have an impressive track record in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution or logistics environment like ours.
- Applicant must have team management experience.
- Fluency in Local currency and English
