Requirements for Human Resources Generalist

• Applicants Must Have B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Social Studies, or any relevant field; further training will be a plus.
• Applicants Must Have 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
• Applicants Must Have HR Credentials (e.g., ACIPM, PHR, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Applicants Must Have Proven experience as an HR officer, administrator, or other HR position
• Applicants Must Have Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
• Applicants Must Have Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
• Applicants Must Have Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Applicants Must Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Applicants Must Have Problem-solving and decision-making aptitudes
• Applicants Must Have Strong ethics and reliability
• Applicants Must Have Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – which may be advantageous.

Requirements for Innovation Manager

• Applicants Must Have A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or any technology-related field. in strategy, leadership, business, or management.
• Applicants Must Have 1 – 2 years of experience in IT or technology
• Applicants must reside in Lagos.
• Applicants Must possess IT skills
• Applicants Must possess an inquisitive and creative mind.
• Applicants Must Have Superior research and analytical skills to track and predict trends.
• Applicants Must be able to work creatively within a budget and use innovation to find ways of more effectively managing resources.
• Applicants Must be able to collaborate with executives, creative teams, research and development, and product development teams.
• Applicants Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to persuasively sell ideas.
