FRAD over the years having been responding to the more than decade long conflict in Northeast Nigeria with operational presence in Various LGAs across the states. FRAD envision a sustainable future where everyone can access development a world no one is left behind, and work with a mission to build the resilience of vulnerable population using locally available solutions that ensures participation and bring meaningful development leaving no one behind. - Procurement / Logistics Intern
- IT Intern
- CRM / AAP Assistant
- Applicant Must Have 1 year experience in procurement related fields
- Applicant Must Have Strong organizational skills
- Applicant Must Have Skills in Microsoft package excel, word, etc.
- Applicant Must Have A demonstrated ability to multi task and process information into action in a timely manner
- Applicant Must Have Fluency in English Language and Hausa
- You must be committed to the ethics and code of conduct of FRAD.
- You must be a good team player able to organize and prioritize workload.
- Applicant Must Have 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT
- Applicant Must Have sound knowledge of IT Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel.
- Applicant Must Have Good technical writing/documentation skills
- Applicant Must Have Digital skills, developing video contents etc.
- You must be committed to the PSEA, ethics and code of conduct of the FRAD profession and familiar with the Core Humanitarian Standards.
- You must be a good team player able to organize and prioritize workload.
- Applicant Must Have digital marketing experience
- Applicant Must Have Minimum of 1 year proven experience in accountability especially feedback mechanisms concepts and international humanitarian quality standards.
- Applicant Must Have Previous experience of working with NGOs.
- Applicant Must Have Experience in implementation of accountability and complaints reporting mechanisms in humanitarian emergencies.
- Applicant Must Have Experience in developing and/or managing complaints reporting mechanisms.
- Applicant Must Have Understand key concepts and commitments regarding accountability to affected populations
- Applicant Must Have (AAP), including Strong understanding of HAP, Do No Harm and other relevant global standards.
- Applicant Must Have Ethical, focused on treating complainants/community fairly and culturally sensitive.
- Applicant Must Have Building collaborative relationships with beneficiaries and the community.
- Applicant Must Have Proficiency is key English, Hausa and Kanuri languages both spoken and written.
