Requirements for Operations Manager
- Applicants should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Operations Management or a related field with 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Applicants Must Have Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Applicants Must Have an Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
- Applicants Must Have Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent communication skills.
- Applicants Must Have a Solid understanding of financial management.
Requirements for Production Coordinator
- Checked and arranged docket for production.
- Make daily kitchen requisitions.
- Opening & closing stock reporting
- Daily/weekly Production plan and implementation
- Properly sets up the kitchen for service.
- Knows equipment, utensils, plates, etc all needed for service.
- Properly communicates with the kitchen team.
- Maintains expected quality and speed of service during rush.
- Restock the kitchen for the next shift.
- Monitors staff adherence to the SOPs.
- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production.
- Properly demonstrates how to prepare all recipes.
Requirements for Store Manager
- Applicants should possess a Master’s Degree / BSc / MSc qualification.
