Requirements for Senior Product Manager – Product Delivery
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 6+ years in product management, with a focus on product delivery, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.
- Strong project management skills, with experience using agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of financial products, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous experience in financial technology or related domains is highly desirable.
- Leadership and mentorship skills to guide and inspire team members.
Requirements for Scrum Master
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- Overall 5+ years’ experience in leading and managing agile teams, as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Relevant agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are preferred.
- Strong understanding of agile principles, values, and practices, with a track record of successful agile implementation and delivery.
- Proven track record of successfully facilitating Agile projects and driving teams towards high performance.
- Experienced with process mapping, analysis, and re-engineering concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and make decisions promptly.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate through ambiguity.
- Experience with financial technology or related domains is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development and product management practices.
Requirements for Analyst, Account Configuration
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an account support or customer service role, preferably in the payment industry
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
