Requirements for Senior Frontend Engineer

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Applicants Must Have A relevant Master’s Degree is a plus.
Applicants Must Have 6+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Engineer preferably in the fintech or financial services industry; with a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications.
Applicants Must Have Strong proficiency in JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Applicants Must Have Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development principles.
Applicants Must Have a Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.
Applicants Must Have Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt).
Applicants Must Have Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, or Jasmine) and test-driven development practices.
Applicants Must Have Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Applicants Must Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Applicants Must Have Any experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) and knowledge of RESTful APIs is a plus.
Applicants Must Have Familiarity with UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies is advantageous.
Applicants Must Have A portfolio or links to previous work demonstrating their front-end development skills and projects is highly desirable.

Requirements for Senior Backend Engineer

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A relevant Master’s Degree is a plus.
Applicants Must Have 6+ years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
Applicants Must Have Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages preferably Node Js, Python, Java, or Go.
Applicants Must Have Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Applicants Must Have Proficiency in working with databases, such as SQL or NoSQL and implementing efficient data models and queries.
Applicants Must Have a Solid understanding of security best practices, data encryption, and authentication/authorization mechanisms.
Applicants Must Have Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and deploying applications using containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Applicants Must Have Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Applicants Must Have Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex systems, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
Applicants Must Have Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements for Senior Sales Engineer – EMEA

Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales or implementation role, preferably in the payments industry.
Applicants Must Have Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of payment solutions and technologies.
Applicants Must Have Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Applicants Must Have Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle technical issues effectively.
