Requirements for Data Analyst
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related fields of core sciences or equivalent experience.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a data analyst.
- Applicant must have experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data visualization.
- Applicant must have familiarity with SQL and work with relational databases. Python would be a plus.
- Applicant must have exceptional communication/interpersonal skills to articulate ideas, frame problems, and offer solutions. Strong leadership track record with the ability to work effectively with leadership teams.
- Applicant must have experience with A/B or multivariate testing.
- Applicant must be a balanced strategic and tactical thinker with strong presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Applicant must be able to manage multiple cross-functional projects across different departments.
- Applicant must pay strong attention to detail, be results-driven with high accuracy of the output
- Applicant must have the authorization to work in the country without sponsorship.
Requirements for Agile Lead
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- Applicant must have proven experience in leading and managing agile teams, preferably as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Applicant must have a strong understanding of agile principles, values, and practices, with a track record of successful agile implementation and delivery.
- Applicant must have experience with process mapping, analysis, and re-engineering concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Applicants must have the ability to adapt to changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and make decisions in a timely manner.
- Applicant must have relevant agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are preferred.
- Applicant must have excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Applicant must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements for Investor Relations Associate
- Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with proven expertise in financial analysis.
- Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Applicant must be an efficient multi-tasker and ability to work & deliver under pressure.
- Applicant must have excellent client management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Applicant must have experience creating and presenting reports to executive management.
- Applicant must have knowledge of and/or experience working in the African market is a plus.
- Applicant must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
