Requirements for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer

Applicants Must Have Minimum: B.Sc. / HND in Engineering or Environmental Sciences, and Occupational Health and Safety qualification (HSE Level 3).
Added advantage: NEBOSH certificate or other HSE professional courses, and membership in the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON) will be an advantage.
Applicants Must Have 5 years of HSE work experience in FMCG, Oil/Gas.
Applicants Must Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Applicants Must Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Applicants Must Have excellent critical thinking and a high level of numeracy abilities.

Requirements for Innovation and Commercialization Manager

Applicants Must Have B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any Social Science related course.
Applicants Must Have At least 10 years of related experience working in an FCMG sector.
Applicants Must Have proven experience in innovation management, product development, or commercialization roles.
Applicants Must Have strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Applicants Must Have excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
Applicants Must Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Applicants Must Have effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements for Exports Manager

Applicants should possess a Degree / HND in related fields.
Applicants Must Have MBA / MSc is an added advantage.

Applicants Must Have FMCG experience in Exports, Sales or Marketing, Commercial, and Logistics experience.
