Requirements for HR / Admin Officer
- Applicant must have B.Sc in Human Resources or a relevant field
- Applicant must have 2 – 3 years of work experience as HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Applicant must have experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Applicant must have excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
Requirements for Sales / Marketing Executive
- Applicant must have Bachelor’s Degree, HND / OND in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Applicant must have 2 -3 years of work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
- Applicant must have knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- Applicant must have high-level communication and networking skills.
- A passion for sales.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Good project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Applicant must have the ability to work well under pressure
Requirements for Accountant
- Applicant must have BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree
- Applicant must have 2 – 3 years of Work experience as an Accountant
- Applicant must have excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Additional certification (CPA or CMA, ACA, CNA, etc) is a plus
