Requirements for Regional Sales Manager – East

Applicants should possess a First Degree or Higher National Diploma
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in sales of FMCG with a multi-cultural/multinational Environment and must have been in a sales leadership role
Applicants Must Have A strong outgoing and convincing personality, with a sense of urgency, who can communicate at all levels and persuade key stakeholders into the right course of action.
Leadership skills
Applicants Must Have Personal Effectiveness
Applicants Must Have Problem Solving/Analysis.
Applicants Must be Results Driven
Applicants Must Have The Ideal person must have financial and business acumen.

Requirements for Account Manager

Applicants Must Have a Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Applicants Must Have an outgoing and convincing personality, with a sense of urgency, who can communicate at all levels and persuade key stakeholders into the right course of action
Applicants Must Have good driving skills and possess a valid driver’s license
Applicants Must Have broad experience with a structured approach to customer relationship management and business development
Applicants Must Have excellent entrepreneurial and commercial awareness.

Requirements for Fixed Cost / Cash Controller

Applicants Must Have a Master’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 6 years of experience in Controlling/ Reporting, preferably in multinational companies or Big 4 audit companies
Applicants Must Have Knowledge of controlling and business & balance sheet analysis
Applicants Must Have Strong analytical skills with a high level to drive
Applicants Must Have a Proactive, open and transparent, result-oriented, and structured way of working
Applicants Must Have a Collaborative working style, be real team players, attentive to details, drive to succeed and make a difference, be flexible, resilient, determined, agile thinkers, and be able to challenge
Applicants Must Have Ability to work under pressure, strict deadlines & very flexible
Applicants Must Have to Build relationships easily and foster collaboration with other functions
