Requirements for Production Manager

Applicants Must Have A University Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences, or Food Science / Food Engineering. An MBA degree will be an added advantage
Applicants Must Have Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint Presentation skills.
Applicants Must Have A senior experienced Production Manager
Applicants Must Have Experience in food or dairy is a must at the production management level
Doer: willing to take a hands-on approach
Communication: strong and clear communication skills
Applicants Must Have Building relationships across the businesses

Requirements for Project Manager

Applicants Must Have A minimum of HND / B.Sc in any Engineering discipline.
Applicants Must Have a Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent could be an advantage.
Applicants Must Have A Certificate in AutoCAD or any Engineering drafting software
Applicants Must Have a Minimum of 5 years of Practical experience as a Project Manager.
Applicants Must Have the Ability to read and interpret P&ID, PFD & general Layout Drawings
Applicants Must Have the Ability to Use AutoCAD 2D software as an added advantage.
Applicants Must Have Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management
Applicants Must Have the Ability to design a risk mitigation plan.
Applicants Must Have A creative mindset and be proactive.

Requirements for Strategy and Insight Analyst

Applicants Must Have A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business / Statistics / Economics / Market Research or other related discipline preferred. Postgraduate Qualifications are an advantage
Applicants Must Have At least 5 years of experience either within a market research agency or/or an FMCG organization.
Applicants Must Have Mixed Methods research capabilities: methodological experience in both quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
Applicants Can demonstrate excellent commercial judgment & acumen.
Applicants Must Have Experience in managing key stakeholders nationally & internationally would be an advantage.
Applicants Must Have the Ability to speak French would be an added advantage.
