Requirements for Collections Specialist
- 2 years and above experience in microfinance operations directly dealing with delinquent clients and other problem-solving situations.
- Apt in negotiating and persuading.
- Good knowledge of the collection process and approach.
- Excellent collaborator and team player
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- You may have an understanding/working knowledge of a collections system (advantageous)
- You should be comfortable with skills in Microsoft office.
- You should have working experience within an outbound debt collections environment / outbound sales environment / outbound customer service environment.
Requirements for Head of Capital Markets
- Applicant must have B.Sc in any related field. An MSc, MBA, or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Applicant must have 12+ years of experience in Investment Banking/Corporate Finance in a reputable Investment Bank or Consulting firm.
- Applicant must have strong knowledge of the Nigerian Debt Capital Markets.
- Applicant must have the ability to lead end-to-end execution of Debt Capital raising.
- Applicant must have sound analytical and presentation skills.
- Robust financial modeling and excel skills.
- Strong industry and HNI network.
- Applicant must have excellent Project management skills.
- Knowledgeable about Capital Markets, the Economy, and general financial markets.
- Treasury management experience.
Requirements for Senior Product Designer
- Applicant must have 5+ years in designing consumer-facing products.
- Prior experience building mobile-first neo bank and/or Fintech products lending, savings, payments, investments, insurance & remittance) is a plus
- Experience working in a cross-cultural and international environment, alongside all levels of stakeholders
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
- Experience in using online user research tools like Useberry.
- Familiarity with motion design tools is a plus.
