Requirements for Project Architect
- Applicant should possess a minimum qualification is MSc (Architecture).
- Applicants must be BIM enthusiasts with good hands-on experience in Revit structure and other BIM authoring tools.
- Applicants must have knowledge of generative designs and common data environment (CDE) will have added advantage.
Requirements for BIM Manager
- Applicant should possess a minimum qualification is B.Eng (Civil Engineering) or MSc (Architecture). Formal training on the BIM process is an added advantage.
- Applicant must be abreast of BIM implementation workflows.
- Applicant must be either a Civil Engineer or an Architect.
- Applicant must be familiar with Autodesk BIM tools.
Requirements for Technical Director
- Applicant should possess a minimum qualification is B.Eng (Civil Engineering). An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Applicant must be a COREN registered Civil Engineer with 10 years of experience or more.
- Applicant must be capable of running an engineering consultancy firm.
- Applicant must have a fair knowledge of other professions outside his/her field of study.
