- Mechanical Technician
- Foton Truck Driver
- Process Operator
- To be familiar with all equipment in plants, maintain all maintenance equipment’s accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable
- Carrying out planned maintenance programs on a wide range of equipment with emphasis on compressors, generators, diesel engines, pumps, and hydraulics
- Responsible for maintenance of all rotating and static equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement Mechanical Integrity work, troubleshooting, and repair for all equipment
- Knowledge of the construction and maintenance of large and complex rotating equipment
- Identify Mechanical critical equipment and critical spare parts for the facility
- Repair and overhaul pumps
- Familiarization with Equipment Alignment methods a plus (Laser preferred)
- Assist Maintenance Lead in maintaining equipment manuals
- Ability to drive smartly and professionally without incidence.
- Take ownership of the truck and ensure the safety of the truck daily.
- Avoid truck-cutting gas to maintain a good life span of the engine.
- Understand the state and condition of your truck at every point in time.
- Maintain daily checklist and driver log book daily.
- Adhere to your truck maintenance schedule strictly.
- Encourage good perception reaction time while on the wheel to avert truck damage.
- Maintain good housekeeping of your truck daily.
- Use appropriate PPEs applicable to quality, health & safety.
- Ensure awareness, understanding, and application of QHSE policy on assigned
- Ensure awareness of the implications of not conforming with the Company QHSE
- To be able to participate in the plant shut-down, start-up
- Troubleshooting in emergencies such as power failure and process upsets.
- Taking timely remedial actions in case of process alarms and ensuring the safety of plant and personnel
- Performing risk assessments, optimization tests, and process simulations
- Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
- Should have experience in DCS controlling operation
- Generate periodic logs/Reports and calling displays, taking hard copies and storing important information concerning ISO standards
- Co-ordinate with service/maintenance department for day – day operations
