Requirements for Project Engineer
- Applicants Must Have A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Applicants Must Have A valid engineering license.
- Applicants Must Have 4 or more years of field and project planning experience.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.
- Applicants Must Have The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent project management and supervision skills.
- Applicants Must Have Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Applicants Must Have Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Applicants Must Have Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
Requirements for Elite Talent Corps – Seasoned Solar Professional
- Applicants Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any related field.
- Applicants Must Have 3+ years of experience as a solar engineer
- Applicants Must Have Relevant Onsite experience
- Applicants Must Have Site Inspection and Load Audit.
Requirements for Solar Engineer
- Applicants Must Have Solar training and Certification is strongly preferred for graduates from a technical university or polytechnic
- Applicants Must Have Electrician training is required to perform electrical work
- Applicants Must Have Experience working on a roof or a plus
- Applicants Must Have a minimum of three (3) years of electrical and home wiring experience
- Applicants Must Have Proficiency in installing all types of inverters & able to work with various ground and roof mount racking systems
- Applicants Must Have an Understanding of the electrical codes that relate to PV installations.
