Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field. An advanced degree (MBA, CPA) is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior accounting role, specifically within the FinTech or HealthTech industry.
Proficiency with accounting software and financial management tools.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
