Requirements for Engineering Manager

Applicants Must have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree.
Applicants Must be Preferably a Mechanical Engineer
Applicants Must Have A Minimum of 5 years of Experience
Specification: Pharma Manufacturing Experience
Applicants Must have Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

Requirements for Brand Manager

Applicants Must be Degree-Educated in Marketing or related courses; an MBA will be an advantage.
Applicants Must have Creative and innovative thinking.
Applicants Must have Strong business acumen with an appreciation for commerciality.
Applicants Must have Solid analytical and influencing skills.
Applicants Must have Thorough and creative problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written presentation skills.
Applicants Must be able to manage multiple initiatives with strong execution: orientation and proper project management abilities.
Applicants Must have Previous brand marketing experience in an FMCG.
Applicants Must have At least 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing (FMCG preferred).
Applicants Must have Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Applicants Must have an In-depth understanding of the brands they handled.
Applicants Must have the willingness to listen and have a positive attitude.
Applicants Must have the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Applicants Must have Budget-management skills and proficiency.
Applicants Must have Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
Applicants Must have Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
Applicants Must be Ready to travel extensively for Brand Related activities.
Applicants Must have a Sound understanding and experience in creative/production processes, design and implementation, research, and NPD.
Applicants Must have A good understanding of advertising agencies and the ability to plan, measure and execute marketing campaigns and strategies.
Applicants Must have a Strong understanding of product marketing and good experience in managing the marketing of a product and liaising within teams and external agencies ATL/BTL.

Requirements for Superintendent Pharmacist (Regulatory)

Applicants should possess a minimum of M. Pharm
Applicants Must be licensed Pharmacists
Applicants Must have 7- 8 years of experience in regulatory and production
Applicants Must have Excellent Communication Skills
Applicants Must have Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
